10 Weeks

Henry's living weeks are now in the double digits!  And he is changing every day.  He is still doing really well with the day care routine, and we had a lot of good family time over the weekend, including his first trip to the pumpkin patch.  His new project is working on getting his thumb in his mouth, which is something he works on a lot, including in the middle of the night.  If he could just master that, we wouldn't have to replace the spit-out pacifier so often!  He is also starting to really coo a little bit, and he is smiling a lot more.  He smiles a lot in the mornings and on the way to day care, which makes taking him there so much easier.  He continues to grow, and tonight we put a 3-6 month sleeper on him, which I thought looked enormous, and it actually fit.  He seems to be lengthening out this week.  I expect him to plump up again soon.

2 Months

As you can tell by the lack of posting, Mommy went back to work last week!  Everything is going really well, thankfully.  Henry adjusted right away to the daycare routine, and was nice enough to only get up once a night all week last week which was great!  He also had his 2 month well baby visit on Friday, complete with many shots which Daddy had to witness.  But he took them like a champ, and went to daycare as normal.  He weighed in at 11 pounds and 3 ounces, and was 23 inches long.  He was at about the 35th percentile in weight and the 57th for length.  I think he's catching up!
